This is the version of Tetris that most of us played. Tetris on the NES has a fascinating history, Atari released a version of Tetris under the label Tengen, and Nintendo released their version (pictured above) shortly after that. Nintendo won a lawsuit on November 13th 1989 stating that Nintendo owned the rights to Tetris.
"Anyone you talk to will certainly say that the best Tetris was the two-player Tetris that came out on Nintendo and was published by Tengen. Without a doubt it was the best Tetris. " -Ted Hoff, former senior vice president of Sales and Marketing: Atari Games Corportation

The show will give the history of Tetris, including music from the RARE Tengen version of Tetris which was basically banned in the US!
Remixes already on tap:
Epic Tetris from pronobozo
Powerglove
Minibosses
Happy Hardcore
