32/64 Bit Tournament

Twice a year the 8bit Extravaganza holds a single elimination tournament to determine your idea of the best games from a particular era.

The tournament is a battle of life and death from the seeded bracket of 64 games, where you decide the fate of the games.

This time around we've picked the "5th" Generation of video games, otherwise known as the 32/64 Bit Generation. This is the first 3D generation in video games, and will put 64 games from the various systems vs each other in a battle to the death where only 1 game can previal. The game that eventually is declared the winner will move on to the 8bitX Hall of Fame.

Right now at this moment in time we're compiling our list of games that are accepted into the bracket. If you want a game to be added, it's up to you to get that game in the listing. This is a community driven event, so don't be shy, jump in the fray, and be prepared to defend your games with the honor and respect that they deserve!

New Website Design Launched!

We are proud to unleash a new website design for 8bitX.com. We've listened to the comments from everyone and come up with this design, as it's easier to navigate and you can actually get a handle on everything we have to offer.

I'd like to thank our Producer Shaun for drawing the characters at the top of the page, and creating most of the graphics you see on the pages. Also Jeff Koromi gets a HUGE shoutout for designing the logos for BOTH shows as you can see on the right side of every page. Excellent job!!!!

Please feel free to let us know what you think of our new design by dropping us a line: info@8bitx.com.
Thanks for visiting 8bitX.com!
