Jake the Juice @ the Movies
Jake "the Juice", aka Orangedrink in the chatroom, runs down the latest releases and we go into Jake's Vault to find out what is on the mind of our very own movie addict. The best part about this is the end, where Jake always leaves charming words of advice for us movie-goers.
Steel Sterling
Back in our youth the producer and I purchased comic books at the dollar store, 4 for $1!! One of which was Steel Sterling. This is a comic book which stars a hero who is apparently made out of Steel, as he fights all types of injustices while touring the country. The comic we picked up that fateful day featured drunk driving, and a decapitated woman. The rest is history. We read that comic after our producer found it, and now we have a full blown segment on the beginning of every 2nd hour, it's time for some Steel Sterling!!
60 Seconds of Suck
Our very own DJ Zing has short bursts of anger building up into a some-what spontaneous rant on something video game related. Whether it be the Mushroom Kingdom harboring oil, his Xbox 360 dying, people criticizing Sonic the Hedgehog, or anything at all that should pop into his head, we give him 60 seconds to release the pent up aggression so he doesn't spontaneously combust and kill us all.
5 mins of NES
On a whim I decided to hook up the NES to the show in order to play Renegade. The listeners loved how it sounded and the commentary as the game progressed, so now each week the NES comes out with a new challenge, and for at least 5 mins there will be video game blood shed on the show! Direct from the NES to your ears, it's 5 mins of NES carnage!!
